I acknowledge that I am waiving this asset to be a waqf for the purpose that I have specified, and that this waiver is issued by my will and I enjoy, praise be to Allah, my full capacity. I pledge not to retract this waqf, and I hope that Allah will reward me, and I confirm the validity of the data and information contained in the application.
